While homes less than $500,000 in DFW usually sell fast, often times in the first weekend, there are times or circumstances they last longer than a month. The higher the price, the smaller buyer pool there is available, so as your realtor – we exhaust all possible marketing tactics to increase our odds of selling your home fast and for the highest price recorded in the neighborhood.
Our marketing tactics include video content – reaching over 300,000 eyeballs per month across all social media platforms, open houses, paid ads, special events held at the home (depending on client preference) to attract attention to the home, proactively calling our database to pique interest in your specific home, and many other tactics we can discuss together.
This is negotiable, but usually it’s a sellers closing cost to pay realtor commissions.
